Rule 6
Documents related to letter of intent and proposal to be prepared
: Before inviting letter of intent and proposal, the ministry should prepare documents related to the following subjects:-
(a) Description of the project,
(b) Project's minimum design concept, operating standards and specifications,
(c) a brief description of the project survey or any other type of study, if any; (d) Detailed basis for evaluation of letter of intent and proposal (e) Instructions to be given to persons submitting letters of intent and proposals,
(f) Main terms of the contract to be proposed for implementation of the project (g) Other necessary things.
